The innovated system which named GEMS is a complete electronic portal system designed to remotely monitor elevator's live function to alert for any faults and unusual operative malfunction. It also designed to SMS the unit's owner with extra feature allows passengers to electronically report stoppage and/or operational defect with just a button press.
